- Intake & NDA. Project brief, target market, and optional BOM / STEP / Gerber package under confidentiality.
- DFM review. Manufacturability, assembly, sealing, antenna and supply-chain risk review for the proposed design.
- EVT. Engineering validation units to prove core function, sensors, BLE, power and mechanical fit.
- DVT. Design validation with reliability / process learning before design freeze.
- PVT → MP. Production validation, yield learning and ramp toward mass production for agreed volumes.
- Hardware and PCB / PCBA discussion for miniaturized ring form factors
- Firmware, BLE connectivity and companion App / SDK integration (project-scoped)
